Viewings

As an independent agent I have the luxury of being able to carry out all viewings and open houses myself at flexible times that suit you and your buyer.

I will have full knowledge of the property, being able to answer any questions from potential buyers to help make their viewing a success.

When offers are received, I will negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best possible outcome – to secure the highest price for your property, from a buyer qualified to be in a position to progress with the purchase.

Throughout the sales process, I will always maintain open and transparent communication with yourself. I’ll provide regular updates on market conditions, feedback from viewings, and any other information that’s relevant to your house sale. Once your property has sold, I will continue to keep you updated on the post sales information, liaise with your solicitor if needed, and answer any queries you have along the way.

Home Move Assistance

I can offer support and advice for your onward purchase, whether that’s referring you to a recommended mortgage broker, surveyor or solicitor, or just answering general questions that may crop up for you. I can also offer advice for setting up your utilities in your new home, so you’ve got all the essentials sorted and ready for when you move in – broadband being at the top of most people’s list!
